Limit yourself to the occasional cup of coffee, but don’t chain-drink coffee or tea all the time because that will give you headaches. A good alternative to regular tea is Peppermint tea. It may not taste quite as good but don’t worry, you soon get used to it.

6) Get yourself in a better sleeping routine: this one is vital, and you know what they say, The early bird catches the worm.
